Sizzling Spicy and Sweet Seared Tuna Salad
8 oz. tuna fillets (ahi, yellowfin or albacore)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
8 oz. firm tofu, cubed
2 Tbsp. hot chili sauce
1 Tbsp. honey
1 package (10oz.) mixed greens
1 C. chow mein noodles
1 C. green onions, chopped
1/2 C. light, tangy dressing
